Heritage Weekend Events

From 6th September

Engaging with local heritage is a great way to support your mental health, get out, get active, and socialise with new people that may have a similar interest.

From 6th September – 14th September, there are a range of Heritage sites across Bassetlaw offering free entry, free events, and free tours.

Where possible, we will provide sites with mental health information for Bassetlaw.


North Leverton Windmill Weekend

7th & 8th September

Windmill Weekend is back – the windmill be will be hosting a series of events again this year including Wheels@TheWindmill, Music@the Mill, local arts and craft market, the ever popular fun dog show as well as lots more to see and do, eat and dronk. If you have been before, we look forward to welcoming you back, and if not, come and see what you have been missing.


Bassetlaw Focus on Farmers Open Evening

Tuesday 10th September

All farmers, agricultural, equestrian and rural community members are invited to give their feedback, get involved, and find out more about the Bassetlaw Focus on Farmers project.

We’ve got guest speakers, feedback sessions, and plenty of opportunities for you to let us know what you want from the project and how you can take part.

Bassetlaw Multicultural Festival

Saturday 14th September

To celebrate and champion the diverse community in Bassetlaw, Bassetlaw Multicultural Association are hosting their annual festival on 14th September.

There is something for all the family, as well as plenty of multicultural entertainment, stalls, charity information and food from around the globe.


Clumber Park

World Mental Health Day

10th October

Clumber Park there will be hosting an event in their garden on World Mental Health Day.

The event is based around Mind’s 5 ways to wellbeing – Connect, Get Active, Take Notice, Learn and Give.
