In Sam’s name is a mental health support group for women 18 years + in North Nottinghamshire who have either been through a challenging time or are currently going through a challenging time.

In Sam’s name encourages women to speak out and our groups give the chance for women to speak in confidence to one another and find strength and peer support amongst the group.

In Sam's Name is a mental health support group for both men and women.
