Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Talking therapies is a free and confidential NHS service designed to help with common mental health problems such as stress, anxiety and depression.
Anyone aged 18 years or over and registered with a Bassetlaw GP can access support, though a GP referral is not necessary as you can self-refer.
Anything you tell your therapist during your treatment is completely confidential. However, in certain situations we have a legal obligation to share information you have shared with third parties for the protection of yourself or of others.
NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Talking Therapies work in conjunction with your GP and there may be times when we are required to share details about your care with your GP.
